Delighted to open a new general nursing unit – including palliative care – at the Marigold Nursing Home in Grangetown.

I very much enjoyed meeting staff, residents and relatives during the visit, as well viewing the excellent facilities on offer – such as dementia and respite care, as well as the new unit.

The role that doctors, nurses and carers play in our community is vital, and cannot be overstated.
