The All Party Parliamentary Group (APPG) for Rugby Union is conducting an inquiry into the experiences of women and young girls at the grassroots level of the sport.
The inquiry, which will seek to report fully in the Autumn, will be conducted by use of the survey monkey form, and by oral evidence sessions in the Houses of Parliament.
By filling out the form,, you consent to the information that you input being used as part of the inquiry. Whilst every response will be published anonymously, unless explicit authorization from the individual has been granted, the use of the unattributed quotes may involve, but is not exclusive to, being quoted in social media activity or press releases, being quoted in the final report, being quoted in the House of Commons, or being quoted in any third party media publications. By completing this form, you are consenting to the above. All non-attributable empirical data (eg, tick boxes) will be included in the final report.

We ask for your name and your email in order to allow us to (a) verify your account and (b) follow up your account with further questions if we believe them to help with the inquiry, and you have permitted us to do so. Your personal details and email address will not be published, and will be solely held for purposes of the APPG and none other. All personal information held by the APPG for purposes of the inquiry will be held for the duration of the inquiry and a reasonable period of time after the report has been published until the need for a follow-up inquiry has been deemed unnecessary by the APPG officers.
