Remembering those murdered in the Holocaust

This week in Parliament I signed the Holocaust Educational Trust’s Book of Commitment - to honour those who were murdered during the Holocaust.

Saturday 27th January will mark the anniversary of the liberation of the Nazi concentration camp Aushwitz-Birkenau, the site of the largest mass murder in history.

Holocaust Memorial Day is an important opportunity for people to reflect on the tragic events of the Holocaust.

We need to take the time to remember the victims and pay tribute to the survivors, to make sure that nothing like this ever happens again.
