A few photos from the wonderful Sunderland Vaisakhi Festival at the Sikh Temple and Community Hall in Ashbrooke on April 29.

There was a marvellous atmosphere at the festival – which embraced the celebration of the Indian New Year – and everyone was made to feel very welcome indeed.
