Small Business Saturday is a campaign which was launched to support small businesses in communities throughout the UK. This year, Julie visited Sue’s Cafe, a popular local business in Roker on the seafront.

Julie said:

“Small businesses make a huge contribution to local communities. They are the backbone of our communities, employing over 14 million people and I would like to encourage people in Sunderland to support them whenever possible.”
