Julie Elliott MP Standing up for Sunderland Central
This week, I have received dozens of emails regarding the Hunting Act (2004), specifically in relation to the Conservative Party manifesto pledge to hold a free vote on the ban on fox hunting during this parliament.
My position on this matter is clear. I promise that I will vote to keep the ban on fox hunting at every opportunity. The Hunting Act (2004) should not be repealed. Hunting for sport is a barbaric activity that has no place in modern Britain.
