Labour Doorstep in Millfield Ward

Julie and Labour volunteers, including Labour Councillor Michael Essl took time to speak to residents of Millfield Ward this evening.

Residents raised a number of concerns, local and national ranging from parking problems to DWP issues.

After the doorknocking session, Julie said:

"Doorknocking is my favourite part of being an MP. I get to hear from various people who would never normally contact their MP but have valid concerns like anyone else. It means I am better-placed to represent my constituents in Parliament."
