Julie visits local school for Anti-Bullying Week celebrations

Julie visited The Link School in Plains Farm as part of their Anti-Bullying Week activities. The school, which works with learners across Key Stages 2 and 3, has worked hard to establish and maintain a culture of zero-tolerance when it comes to bullying, and both staff and students were pleased to show Julie their latest work during a tour of the school followed by a Q&A session on the importance of tackling bullying in all walks of life.

Julie said:

“It was fantastic to visit the school and see the hard work that all members of the school community have put in to making their Anti-Bullying Week a success. The school has a wonderful atmosphere and I hope that the students enjoyed the visit as much as I did.”

Anti-Bullying Week in England is coordinated by the Anti-Bullying Alliance and, this year, it took place from the 16th - 20th November.
