Student or independent filmmakers and scriptwriters from across Sunderland are being offered the chance to enter Parliament’s prestigious Film the House competition.

The aim of the contest is to raise awareness of the need to protect creativity and copyright by bringing together young filmmakers with Parliamentarians.

The competition showcases the work of the next generation or writers and directors from across the country. Perhaps, this year, someone from Sunderland could get their big break.
