Julie is proud to support Sunderland Young Carers’ Centre in their bid to be successful in The People’s Projects competition.

If successful, the funding will support the Young Carers ‘Rainbows and Rollercoasters’ project which will provide activities and courses to young carers aged 5 to 25. The project has been short-listed in ITV’s The People’s Projects Competition with the chance of winning up to £50,000 of Big Lottery Fund money.

Julie said: “Sunderland Young Carers’ Centre do invaluable work in our community. I am proud to support this campaign which is the only project in Sunderland which is bidding for this money and I hope that our city gets behind their bid.”
