Julie Elliott MP is inviting constituents to nominate their favourite restaurant:

“In Sunderland, we are lucky to have a diverse range of restaurants serving food from all over the globe.  This competition is about celebrating the very best of South Asian cuisine.

“We have numerous restaurants worthy of the nomination, but sadly, only one can be put forward to the Tiffin Cup -; please let me know where you go to enjoy your favourite curry.”

To vote, please email your nomination to julie.elliott.mp@parliament.uk and include your full name, address and postcode as well as the full name and address of the nominated restaurant.  Alternatively, you can call 0191 565 5327.

Only one nomination will be accepted per constituent and the closing date for nominations is midnight on 14 April 2016.

Julie Elliott MP will announce the name of the restaurant with the most votes which will be put forward to the Tiffin Cup on Friday 15 April 2016.
