As chair of the APPG on Digital Skills I know just how vital it is to ensure that people of all ages have access to life-long learning – to equip them with the skills needed to succeed in the 21st century.
Everyone needs access to education and skills throughout their life. There is an urgent need to close the education and skills gap – to bridge the digital skills divide.
